enny's natural father never had anything to do with her & in
1987 gave up all right's after her mother passed away & was
adopted by William Daniel Graham ( dob. April 22, 1944 ) &
Judy Ann Glaze " Graham " ( dob. December 07, 1946. )....
William D. Graham was at one time married to Nancy Neary & had
helped raise Penny & her brother & sister's since their
birth.....
