Allen Herbert Buford
COLOMA, MI. Herbert A. Burford 50, of 4759 N. Coloma Road,
Coloma, died Friday at the Veterans Hospital in Allen Park, MI
The furneral will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Davidson
Chapel of Florin Fureral Service, Coloma, where freinds may call
after 9 a.m. Tuesday. Burial with military rites will be held at
2 p.m. at Fort Custer National Cemetery. Battle Creek, MI
Mr Buford was born March 31, 1938 in Fernandina, FL. He had
lived in this area for five years and was a self employed
maintenance worker. He was a Navy Veteran of the Koren Conflict.
Survivors include: a som, Allen of Davenport, Iowa; six
daughters-Mrs Vicki Farwell amd Mrs Jim(Yvonne) Adams, both of
Matherville, Ill, and Vici Jo Buford, Shell Buford, Rhonda
Buford and Kerry Buford, all of Davenport, Iowa; His mother Lena
Mae Buford of Davenport, a brother, James F. Baxter of Hartford,
MI; a sister Mrs Dorothey Baxter Harmeyer of Davenport, Iowa;
and four grandchildren.
